Service Description
A dedicated session for parents to discuss student goals, address concerns, and review academic reports or assessment information. This one‑on‑one meeting also provides an opportunity to go through any required special exam arrangement documentation, ensuring all supporting evidence is clear, accurate, and aligned with your child’s learning needs. Together, we tailor learning strategies and plan the best path forward for your child’s academic journey.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure we can offer consistent, high-quality support to all families, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the session time will incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency. No-shows (non-attendance without notice) will also be charged the full session fee. If your child is unwell or an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re committed to working with families to find flexible solutions where we can.
