Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure we can offer consistent, high-quality support to all families, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the session time will incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency. No-shows (non-attendance without notice) will also be charged the full session fee. If your child is unwell or an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re committed to working with families to find flexible solutions where we can.
