Service Description
These focused half-hour sessions are ideal for learners who benefit from short, structured bursts of support. We target key skills in literacy, numeracy, executive function, or enrichment-always tailored to your child’s needs and learning profile. Whether your learner needs a confidence boost, a scaffolded step forward, or a creative challenge, we design each session to be engaging, achievable, and growth-focused. Perfect for younger learners, busy schedules, or as a top-up between longer sessions.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. To ensure we can offer consistent, high-quality support to all families, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the session time will incur the full session fee, except in cases of emergency. No-shows (non-attendance without notice) will also be charged the full session fee. If your child is unwell or an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re committed to working with families to find flexible solutions where we can.
